THERAPY.
Therapy is the process of healing inner wounds still active in our nervous system that are negatively impacting our life. There are different ways we engage in this process, but all of them are rooted in an extensive understanding of human physiology and psychology, the importance of safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship and accessing the built-in capacity for our body and mind to heal.
COACHING.
Coaching is about working together to take action in areas of your life you want to improve because they are important to you. You may feel stuck, tired of repeating patterns, or going through life transitions and changes where accountability and feedback could help. I won’t tell you what to do, but together we create solutions.
EMERGING TREATMENTS.
Emerging treatments - specifically psychedelic-assisted therapy - offer great promise and potential for a wide range of difficult to treat conditions. However, they are not a quick and easy fix. As a therapist involved in clinical research studies and a Preparation and Integration coach working with US Veterans, I respect these treatments and support those who wish to explore this route where legally and ethically appropriate.
