We want you to feel good after your workouts: strong, proud, and capable. You will do more than just “survive”, you will “thrive”. Fitness as punishment is not an effective solution. We can thrive without being in pain or feeling exhausted every day after working out.

What is a BTE Special? This is a workout session where we intentionally weave in a mindset concept. We experience this concept through our movement.
When we tie movement to these mindsets, we are able to not only conceptualize but experience and onboard them as tools in our lives.
