Between the Ears incorporates different types of workout to make a comprehensive program based on you. Strength, cardio, HIIT, conditioning all have their place in a well rounded training program.
What is a BTE Special? This is a workout session where we intentionally weave in a mindset concept. We experience this concept through our movement.
When we tie movement to these mindsets, we are able to not only conceptualize but experience and onboard them as tools in our lives.
