APC is not a passive classroom experience. Athletes will be active in both an educational and experiential learning environment. The Physical Training Sessions will both teach a strength and conditioning principle and coach the Athletes through the workout to ensure safe and effective practical application. The Mindset Principle Sessions will provide invaluable real-world lessons learned and evidence-based sport psychology and mental health skills from a Special Forces operator,  licensed psychotherapist, collegiate All-American, and professional fitness coaches with over 2 decades of experience.
