Every year we commit to a physical effort with a fundraising intention. This year we are excited to announce the 4x4x48.
This year, we will be using this event as a fundraising opportunity for Heroic Hearts Project, another organization leading the charge in helping Veterans and their families access psychedelic therapy treatment.

WHAT
Run 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours.
This event is an impactful, and rewarding one that is approachable for all. Fully scalable, it can be executed as a team or individual.
If you’ve been looking for something to challenge you while being in an amazing community, this is it.
WHEN
OCTOBER 13TH
The first leg begins Friday at 4 pm / Afterparty following the final Noon leg Sunday.
WHERE
BTE FITNESS, FAR HILLS
All legs will be local to BTE in Far Hills. Participants are encouraged to stay through the weekend, sleeping / napping options will be available as will hanging out areas.
Training
All registrants will receive a training plan customized by Chris Hinshaw in preparation for the event.

Early bird registration fee of $99 (vs. $199 full price) If you’re in, you just know you’re in. (cost is the same for all participants)
Schedule
Training schedule is as follows:
- 1000: Check-In, Daily Intention
- 1015-1115: Physical Training Session
- 1115-1145: Debrief and Discussion
- 1145-1200: Snack Break
- 1200-1245: Mindset Principle and Coaching
- 1245 – 1300: Check-Out, Expectations for next day
